Affiliate agrees that "Exclusive Qualified Lead" is defined as a true request by a unique user who filled out a web form (or called in voluntarily to call center and the agent submitted the request), to receive free, multiple price quotes by phone and/or by email, for FULL SERVICE MOVING (men, labor and truck), residential or commercial moving in the US.

We pay for leads that comply with all the following:

1. leads are generated thru the affiliate's owned properties, no recycled, shared or 3rd party purchased leads.
2. Leads exclusively sold to us.
3. Leads are live, real-time, fresh - created by the customer and submitted by the customer no longer than 1 minute before posting to us.
4. Leads must be a complete household content moves, no 1-5 small items to move.
5. Leads must not be: truck rentals, self moves, labor only, mobile home moving.
6. Leads must be full service moving leads, that includes the truck, driver and workers.
7. Deliverable email AND valid phone (both email and phone must be real valid and contactable)
8. Phone must be valid, not disconnected, the name on the lead matches the person who’s moving and matches the phone number.
9. Leads as per 7 and 8, that when called by our quality control staff respond with: "no one by that name" and or "i'm not moving" and or "moved already" will be disqualified and will not be paid for.
10. the leads "move date" field must be 6 months out, or less. Leads with "move date" over 6 months out will may be paid an amount equal to $0 and up to $50% of the payout

The affiliate agrees not to disclose to any third parties the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or any non-public proprietary business information that is shared by the Parties in the course of their discussions or in connection with working together in the context of this agreement.
